Ms. Puay San Ng
Director (Education & Skills Lead), Microsoft Singapore As the Director for Education and Skills industries at Microsoft Singapore, Puay San leads the business unit for preschools, primary, secondary and tertiary institutions, libraries, and organizations with a mission around skilling. Her work primarily focuses on enabling education transformation with technology and equipping lifelong learners with future ready skills. For close to two decades, Puay San served the education sector in Singapore and Asia Pacific region in a variety of roles, such as a practitioner in Singapore schools, director of STEM education programs in a start-up company and program director at Amazon Web Services. Since she rejoined Microsoft in late 2018, Puay San had worked with various education institutions to enable innovation with cloud computing and actively promoted the acquisition of AI literacy, computational thinking skills and data skills by students. With a passion of working with children, Puay San coaches children to play soccer at community-based programs. Puay San has a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours in Economics at National University of Singapore, Post Graduate Diploma in Education at National Institute of Education, Singapore, and Master of Arts in Computing in Education at Columbia University, Teachers College. She had recently attained a Master degree in Early Childhood Education at Boston University, Wheelock College, where she was the recipient of the Joan Bergstrom Award for the outstanding academic performance, and best research and presentation in the cohort. Puay San is currently enrolled in NYU Steinhardt’s Doctorate in Education program.

Mr. Terence Loo
Co-Founder & Ceo, Serl.io Mr. Terence Loo is the Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer of Serl.io. Serl.io is a company that offers an end-to-end solution for deploying large-scale, collaborative shared-space, mixed reality sessions with the Microsoft HoloLens. Terence started working with Augmented Reality in 2011 and has been leading teams and companies in that technology. Terence holds a MS in Aerospace Engineering with over 15 years in both engineering and management roles within the aerospace industry.

Mr. Brian O'Dwyer
Founder & Chairman, CognaLearn & InteDashboard Brian O’Dwyer is the founder of CognaLearn and the developer of www.intedashboard.com for online Team-Based Learning. He is also an Adjunct Instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Asia and a Former Entrepreneur-in-Residence of Duke-NUS Medical School. He is also Co-Author of Off-to-On: Best Practices for Online Team-Based Learning and Best Practices for Online Team-Based Learning: Taking Small Group Learning Online. He has facilitated over 60 live-online training sessions with active collaborative learning. Previously, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer of Skywest Airlines until the sale to Virgin Australia, an investment banker at Credit Suisse and a consultant with A.T. Kearney.

Dr. Mohan Rajesh Elara
Assistant Professor, SUTD Dr. Mohan is currently an Assistant Professor with the Engineering Product Development Pillar at Singapore University of Technology and Design. He received his Ph.D. and M.Sc degrees from the Nanyang Technological University. His research interests are in robotics with an emphasis on self-reconfigurable platforms as well as research problems related to robot ergonomics and autonomous systems. He has published more than 200 papers in leading journals, books, and conferences. Dr. Mohan is currently serving as an Associate Editor of the IEEE Robotics & Automation Letters and IEEE Nanotechnology Magazine. He is the recipient of the SG Mark Design, ASEE Best of Design in Engineering Award, Tan Kah Kee Young Inventors’ Award and A’ Design award. He is the co-founder of Lionsbot International, Oceania Robotics and Wefaa Robotics, Singapore based deeptech robotics companies that develop a wide range of autonomous robots for specialized niche industries. He is also a visiting faculty member of the International Design Institute at Zhejiang University, China. Dr. Mohan has served in various positions of organizing and technical committees of several international competitions and conferences.

Professor Koh Hian Chye
Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), SUSS Professor Koh Hian Chye is currently the Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) in the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). His teaching and applied research interests are in the areas of business analytics and learning analytics. He has served as a statistical, data mining and training consultant to various organisations, including small and medium enterprises, large companies, statutory boards and government agencies.
