SUTD’s annual Pedagogy Day marks the celebration of teaching innovations and excellence at SUTD. It provides an opportunity to bring together various stakeholders to reflect on SUTD’s pedagogy, explore new ideas and opportunities and discuss how these ideas can be implemented innovatively.

Keynote Speaker
Professor LOOI Chee Kit
Professor Looi Chee Kit from the Learning Sciences & Assessment Academic Group at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is also the current Co-Director of Centre for Research and Development into Learning, and the Founding Head, Learning Sciences Lab, NIE. This LSL is the first research centre devoted to the study of the sciences of learning in the Asia-Pacific region. In the last role, he oversaw the research lab which comprised between 8 to 20 research scientists (at different points in time). He was also the Head, Centre for Scalability, Translation and Commercialization from 2011-2014. You can find more information HERE. |

AN SUTD PEDAGOGY NEWSLETTER This newsletter aims to promote and celebrate teaching excellence and experience at SUTD, by taking a reflective, evidence-based empirical approach into teaching and learning practices at SUTD and beyond, to identify innovative and effective pedagogies for SUTD. We also hope that the newsletter will serve as a platform for sharing pedagogical resources on technology and library tools.
